2X4 here again with some info for CoTex-9. First always remember your sponsor hash is the Huachuca Howlin' H3. Skinnidip and I went to the Triangle T Ranch on Thursday to verify and make arrangements for what I have outlined below. CoTex-9 will be May 9 thru 11 2008 at the Triangle T Guest Ranch Halfway between Wilcox and Benson AZ in Texas Canyon. You can look at their WEB Page at www.triangletguestranch.com.

This is what I am thinking of for the weekend:

Thursday: Prelube-Pub Crawl in Tucson with the Tucson H3. Details to come.

Friday:
1300 -1900 check-in with snacks

1900 - Closing. Texas Hold-em tournament in party room. No-host party in the bar (bar has a live Band we don't pay for).  Hash Beer will be in the Bar.

Saturday:
1000 -1200 Huachuca H3 sponsors Hash In Dragoon (your fee gets you in the Huachuca Hash). Breakfast after the hash at Triangle T Dining Room. Tere will be a single run price for those that just want to run the Huachuca H3 run and eat breakfast.

1300 -1500 hash Olympics.

1600 - 1800 Hash on the Triangle T ranch and circle.

1900 - Closing.  Barbeque/party  and DJ/Karaoke in Bar and our party room. There will be a single hash fee for those that just want to run the Triangle T run and hav the Chuck Wagon Barad-a-que (there will be vegeterian junk).

Sunday:
09:00-1100 Breakfast and check-out of Triangle T

11:30 Hangover Hash in Benson Hosted by the Goat Cheeze H3 with final circle. We then dismiss the hash to tour an old west movie studio (Part of the Old Tucson Movie Studio) used for many of your favorite westerns. Then we go on our merry way. Single run price for the Hangover Hash will also be available.

I always get those that complain that the pre-register price is never extended to those that might want the discounted price and will pay early. Those that have registered pay only the $50.00 and you can still register with Harlot until we publish the new schedule (predated envelopes before Friday June 22). Here is Harlot's email address so you can get your pre Friday address payments to her before what I think will be a price inrease  harlot777@aol. com . I will not listen to whining next April saying you didn't have a chance to pre-register

I have scheduled the entire ranch and have tendered a tentative list of activities. Amoung other things you can do at any time is horseback rides, tour the Amerind Foundation "museum of Native American, Archaeology, art,history, and culture" www.amerind. org (I am working a group rate that I want to include in the run price. Also it shares a common fence with the Triangle T so it is within walking distance) amoung other activities or just sit around the pool dirnking beer. I am open to suggestions and changes of times, activities etc. I want this to be the best CoTex ever and hashing at the Triangle "T" to be an Arizona event every year. Thanks!
